Realising the importance of primary and secondary education Aligarh Muslim university old boys association Kanpur some good school for imparting modern education in English medium with basic Islamic and moral techniques and Urdu interwoven with the contents of syllabus given a balanced education system.
Sir Syed public school of brain child and a dream come true of the AMU old boys association Kanpur was founded in 1992 at Kanpur and is managed under responsible care of sir Syed educational society Kanpur it started with five teachers and 95 students having nursery kg and prepare Tori classes at Kanpur.
From the academic year 1997 the establishment is shifted to the newly constructed school building at unnao after YouTube earring efforts the society could get about six acres of land by upsidc between Kanpur and unnao a project to cost about rupees 7 crores is proposed on this land comprising of separate hostels for boys and girls multipurpose hall principal and teachers residences guest house etc for this co educational and residential institution.
