Admission Procedure

  1. Admission is open to all irrespective of class creed and religion
  2. A child’s name will not be registered for admission unless the under mentioned information is provided by the parent.

    (A) The birth registration certificate in original has been submitted for verification no change in date of birth will be permitted.

    (B) The latest progress report of the child has been submitted if the child had been attending any recognized school previously.

    (C) After the above requirement have been completed by the parents to the entire satisfaction of the principal the child’s name will be registered for the session in the waiting list for the class applied for on payment of 200 rupees as a registration fees.

    (D) The registration fee of 200 rupees % child is neither refundable not transferable.

  3. The registration of a child’s name in the waiting list does not carry any guarantee of admission which will depend on the following:

    (A) The child must attend the prescribed minimum age and standard in the admission test to be eligible for admission.

    (B) After the applicant has qualified in the admission test his or her admission will depend on the number of seats available in the class for which the applicant is registered.

    (C) Admission will be granted at the sole discretion of admission committee consideration will be given to the children whose brothers or sisters have studied for studying in this school but this fact will be taken into account only when the applicant has qualified in the admission test. Recommendation of child who has not qualified in the admission test will not be entertained and doe nations are not accepted towards this.

    (D) The admission rules are subjected to change at the discretion of the school admission committee the admission of a child will mean a complete acceptance by the parent or guardian of all the school rules as in force or as amended from time to time.

    (E) Before the child is accepted for the admission countersign transfer certificate from his or her previous school if he or she has attended one must be submitted to the school.

    (F) All new admissions are on probation for a year child who make little progress going to persistent idleness or proved incapacity may be required to live at the end of the year.

    (G) The school reserves the right of refusing admission for admission without assigning any reason.
