Recommendations to Parents

  1. Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regulatory and discipline to see that their children prepare their relation and to take an active interest in all activities of the school.
  2. Occasional report and recommendation from teachers and the principal are made in the school diary parents are requested to sign them family or refusal to do so may put the child to great inconvenience.
  3. Parents guardians and tutors are not permitted to visit the classes for or meet the teachers directly without the prior sanction of the principal.
  4. Parents are requested not to send for call away their children during class hours case of emergency permission must be sought in writing from the principal.

  6. Parents dropping their children by their own convenient should arrange to take their children home within 15 minutes after school is over the school will not be responsible if the children are not fetched within stipulated time.
  7. Parents are most welcome to see the principal in his or her office on any weekday between 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. if he or she is free to avoid disappointment parents are requested to make their prior appointment.
  8. An application from the parents for leave of absence must be patient in advance or test within a week absent without leave will lead to striking off the name of absent from the roles at the end of the month.
  9. Parents who do not divide by the rules and regulations of the school as agreed at the time of admission will be requested to withdraw their wards.

Progress Report

Parents are kept informed of the academic attainment of their wards through their progress report which is sent out periodically at the end of each period of assessment the final reports are distributed at the end of each academic year which indicate the average grade at obtained by the student in each subject in the course of the year.
