Promotion & Withdrawals

Promotion criteria

1. The promotion of the child does not depend entirely on the result of a single annual examination.

   The school has a system of continuous evaluation to qualify for the promotion of a child must fulfil the following conditions.

   (A) He or she should make satisfactory progress in English Hindi and mathematics and attend the pass standard by the end of the academic year.
   (B) He or she should have attend the pass is standard in 4 compulsory subject which is English Hindi Science Mathematics and Social Studies.
   (C) He or she should have attained the prescribed minimum standard in aggregate of all the subject which in terms of percentage would mean an aggregate of 40% in all the subjects.

2. (A) Should a child feel to qualify for promotion for two continuous years he or she will be required to be withdrawn from the school.
   (B) Disciplinary action will be taken against any child who is found to have used unfair means in the periodic tests and the annual examination and if the child concerned continuous to repeat the offence he or she will be required to be withdrawn.
   (C) Any boy or girl who would become 2 years above the average age of the cash by his or her detention in it on account of his or her not qualifying for promotion shall we have to withdraw from the school.
   (D) The assessment made by the teachers and check by the principal is fair and final no arguments by the parents for undeserving promotion will be entertained.

Withdrawals

1. A clear notice in writing should be given at the beginning of the session is the child has to be withdrawn.
2. If the pupil is withdrawn from the school in the middle of the session he or she will pay the fee of the present quarter.
3. The principal can in the interest of the school have a student removed from the school for the following reasons.
   (A) Where in his or her opinion the student has failed to maintain the discipline of the school and his or her continued presence may be detrimental to the interest of other students.
   (B) Where the student fails to come up to the required academic standard expected of him or her
